Usually people say if you jerk off it gets you less horny and less likely to get boners throughout the day. If anything, jerking off makes it worse for me. I don't know why, but if I jerk off once, I jerk off countless times the whole week. If I hadn't jerked off for a couple days, I don't even have the want to until I see something that makes me horny and I happen to be alone.
Does this happen to anyone else or am I that guy?

Same for me. Because when you jerk off it gets your hormones all fired up.

Yeah man, I went to a church camp for two weeks, didn't have the urge to jerk one ever. Day I come home, I open ifunny, see a picture of a nice ass, and start going at it 2-3timez a day.

Sometimes it's hard to work out cause and effect.
You have observed that there are times when you j/o lots and times when you take a break from it. Based just on that observation, jacking off the first time causing you to want to do it the second and one possible explanation but some other factor being a common cause of jacking both the first and subsequent times also possible and likewise the cause of you taking a break may persist for some time.
Of the two I'd favour the common cause explanation, i.e. times we j/o lots are those where there is the opportunity and something excites us whether than be visual stimulus, like attractive girls or whoever you are into, pheremones, exposure to more daylight (I'm not joking, works via the pineal gland) or just a surge of testosterone. Likewise I suspect breaks happen when we are more busy with other things, there is a lack of opportunity or a lack of stimulation.
I don't think anyone suggests that j/o relieves horniness over a long period of time. Immediately after cumming, whether from j/o or anthing else, a guy tends to be less interested in anything sexul after which his interest gradually returns. Circumstances, stimulation and opportunity will then determine how long it is before he decides to do it again.

Usually if I do it once a day, I wont get the need to do it again that day, but sometimes if I go days without doing it, then I don't really have the urge to do it
