I have to generally agree with Kelly. The most likely times for it to happen for me are when I've had a long session with a lot of edging, but here and there a guy's penis will be just right or the angle will be just right. There are also a couple of toys that I've found are pretty reliable.

That said, an orgasm accompanied by ejaculation is, for me, one of the most intense and heart-stopping things I can experience. The waves tend to just go on and on, much longer than the "normal" orgasms I have. I get pretty emotional right afterward and often curl up into a ball and shiver, and often nap briefly. When I wake up, about... I guess I'd say about a third of the time... I'll go for another orgasm.
