Hey, Im a 15 yo boy, and my breasts are both a bit sticky outy, however, I think it is because of muscles. But they are slightly swollen. My left one aches just beneath my armpit. I think it is possible that I have gynaecostamacia. or however you spell it.

that is normal in puberty. it's just your body changing and a lot of hormones.

That's normal,I went through a phase similar to that,it was over within weeks.

Yeah I had the same thing when I was going through puberty. Mine ached too. Dont worry its normal and will go away soon. At least you dont have the girls in your class teasing you and trying to pinch them. Good times! LOL
