Men usually keep growing until 18-21. Im almost 17 and i have noticed i have grown a bit recently and i started puberty so what you friend said does account for me so to a degree he is wrong. Dont worry about it

What your friend told you is complete bullshit, no offense. At the absolute earliest guys stop growing around 17/18.
"Most" guys stop growing in their late teens or early twenties. That's always been what I've heard/read.
I guess it may be possible for growth to end for some at 15 if they're really far advanced into puberty, but I'd say it's extremely, extremely rare. I've honestly never heard of anyone who stopped growing that young.

As said above, the usual age for guys to end puberty is 17-21.

puberty lasts for a long time and ends around your late teens to early 20s.

I don't thinks that's actually something that can be said because many guys start puberty really early or really late and their penis can stop grow in at 13 or 18 or something

Like the others have said, it normally keeps on growing until the end of puberty, so around 21.
I'm almost 17, and after over a year of no growth it's just grown a bit more again; you just have to be patient, and what will be will be!

AFAIK around 15/16 is average for the penis to stop growing though like any other part of puberty it will have more to do with how long it has been since you started rather than a specific age and those who started puberty late may well grow beyond this age.
People may say "but puberty doesn't finish until the early twenties" but different bits of development happen at different times. Towards then end, all that is really happening is a contunued increase in androgenic hair (beard, body etc.) and more musle mass.
