The foreskin is composed of a large number of pleasure nerves that contain receptors whose primary function is to generate sexual pleasure during sexual activities. So if a guy is circumcised, he will experience substantially less intense pleasures and orgasms.

Circumcised men also might be at lower risk for penile cancer, although the disease is rare in both circumcised and uncircumcised males. Some studies indicate that the procedure might offer an additional line of defense against sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) like HIV in heterosexual men. For HIV in particular, the findings come from studies done on populations of African men, and some experts feel that these data might not be as relevant to men in other areas of the world, like the United States.

Penile problems, such as irritation, inflammation, and infection, are more common in uncircumcised males. It's easier to keep a circumcised penis clean, although uncircumcised boys can learn how to clean beneath the foreskin once the foreskin becomes retractable (usually some time before age 5).

Some people claim that circumcision either lessens or heightens the sensitivity of the tip of the penis, decreasing or increasing sexual pleasure later in life. But none of these subjective findings are conclusive.

Although circumcision appears to have some medical benefits, it also carries potential risks — as does any surgical procedure. These risks are small, but you should be aware of both the possible advantages and the problems before you make your decision. Complications of newborn circumcision are uncommon, occurring in between 0.2% to 3% of cases. Of these, the most frequent are minor bleeding and local infection, both of which can be easily treated by your doctor.

Uncircumcised guys are meant to have more sensitive heads but one isn't really better than the other!

That's a very comprehensive treatment.

On the question of senstivity I do suspect the brain adapts to the level of stimulation it gets from your nerves. I believe the same adaptation is at work when you can still feel through thickened skin on your feet and it isn't intensely painful to touch the skin of your eye lids which is very much thinner.

It is worth noting that, while infection maybe more common in uncircumcised males it can be both avoided, through proper hygene, and treated with medication. UTIs are even more common in girls than in either circumcised or uncircumcised boys.

The final thing I would add there are plenty in the USA who take the line "With small risks and possible small benefits, as we've always done it let's continue. If you want us to stop you have to justify the change" whereas those in some other parts of the world take the view "as the potential benefits and small, there is some risk, we will not perform the operatation as a matter of routine". The UK NHS does not perform routine infant circumcision. As the UK NHS is funded from taxes they have to provide treatments where there is a clear benefit to heath, or a reduction of future care cost, to justify spending public money.

I don't think uncut guys need lube to jack off and it might feel better for them if they have a sensitive head. I like cut and uncut

Easier to clean but sex doesn't feel as good (supposedly) when cut
