Curiosity about my friends

So I'm a guy and recently I have been curious about my friends and their progress in puberty. I'd like to compare myself with them but without intentionally asking them. I'm wondering how much pubic and axillary (armpit) hair they have. I've been having fantasies over other guys I hang out with because I feel that I am less developed than them and desire their features. And yes I do understand that everybody develops at different speeds.

i kind of can. i'm REALLY inquisitive to i'm always wondering how far my friends have gone what they're like doing it, etc. even my co-workers and teachers. it's not even a sexual thing really it's just how my mind works
