Absolutely wrong. Any type of seminal fluid has the chance of containing sperm; and therefore the chance of pregnancy.

Absolutely right! For either reason, you always want to make sure you use a condom!

Would you have to have sex though in order for it to be possible? Like say a guy just like brushes against the vagina a few times but doesnt actually get anywhere near the whole itself..but sometimes in the vagina but on the upper area...once again no where near or in the hole; not sex. Is there really a chance then?

not really. But even though it probably couldn't, that doesn't mean we're saying that it's ok to do that. If it happened by accident then it is very unlikely unless it was a huge amount of precum.

Exactly; though if you're going to be "putting" your penis and brushing along that area then you'd want to wear a condom anyway; who knows what you might do NEXT (i.e. could very well lead to sex for all you know!).

When giving advice on a topic that we can't predict completely, we can't always give you the answer that you want. There may be some weird outlandish change, I mean I was born but my mom was on the pill that time; really there is next to no chance.
