Hi well, i have a question.

Im sorta short for my grade (7th grade) But anyways my question is it normal to follow like the same growth rate as your step-brother(hes 21, also his mom is like 5'4, and my mom is like 5'4 and both of them said that they grew later in like high school) my stepbrother also said that he was like the same height as myself in 7th grade but a little shorter (Like 4'10). But then he grew like 5 inches in one year in freshmen year. Although my brother (My actual brother from both my parents.) is completely different and hes my height and hes in 4th grade. Do you think i took on the like later bloomer gene or something like my brother had from the moms? (Also i think my brother took on my dads like tall gene, lol my dad was like 5'6 in 7th grade)

P.S: My brother is like 5'10 now (The 21 year old lol)

P.S.S: lol, i was 4'11 (Like start of 2nd quarter) but now i think im 5'0

Well, it depends because a lot of people are different, but it is kind of likely if you both share a parent. So you will probably grow, you may be a little short, but not that short.

Most doctors say that the longer you DONT grow taller the taller you will become. If you did take on the late bloomer gene then your probably going to be taller than your family :D

No,it isn't proven I don't think because everyone in the world grows differently, people don't usually follow patterns unless it's from genes.

Yeah it isnt dependent on time, so people are ment to be tall others arent but we are all destined to grow at one point or another.

You could and probably will shoot up and be taller than all of your brothers/parents etc.
I probably will be, it's perfectly normal i was a short arse in year 7 but then i grew lots in the next three (ish) years and now i'm taller than most of my friends. Be pateint dude.
