Second day of practice was better than the first :)

Group 2 Workout
-1 mile warm up
-Active stretching
-30 min continuous run
-static stretching

I was able to run the warm up with everyone and keep up. for the continuous run I went at my own pace and ran 2.5 miles in 30 min. so I ran a total of 3.5 miles and walked only a little bit.

We don't have practice tomorrow but I'm going to do a continuous 3 mile run

Great job keeping at it. But make sure you warm up, cooldown, stretch, and drink plenty of water. As you become better and better, your body needs to adjust and not warming up, cooling down , or stretching makes you more prone to injury. Don't push yourself too hard or you may risk an injury which could set you back, personally, I try to "Win the day". I try to accomplish so much every practice, that when I finish I feel like I won for the day. Then the next day, I try to win again by doing better than yesterday.

i really like runing my brothers teach how i must practice sport i run for 10 minuts and i Skip rope 600 time(of curse every 100 time i take rest)
