I'm no expert with growth, but you may have had a decrease in growth rate (which happens near the later part of puberty). You can still grow, but just not as fast as before.

During puberty, your testosterone can skyrocket, and it's totally normal. You can probably expect a bit more growth before you're done with puberty.
