Hi, basically I'm going to show you my daily food which I eat daily and let me know whether its healthy, and what I need to change etc:
BREAKFAST: Krave with Milk
LUNCH: Smoothie (Milk, Bananas, Ice and some low fat chocolate powder)
Dinner: Whatever my family has (e.g tonight I had burger and chips.) burger wasn't friend, so no grease.
I dont usually eat anything else, and I drink water.

I assume Krave is commercial cereal, and it is usually loaded with sugar, so I don't think that it's very healthy. If you want to have cereal for breakfast I'd suggest going with something more natural that has nuts, seeds and dried fruit in them. Milk is pretty awesome.
I think this is an example of better cereal: https://www.google.com.sg/search?q=cereal+dried+fruit&biw=1280&bih=624&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAWoVChMIg9qNka2dxwIVAkiOCh3ayAPe#tbm=isch&q=cereal+banana+nut+crunch
Otherwise you can have your lunch smoothie for breakfast actually. I wouldn't have just a smoothie for lunch.
Overall your diet seems to have a lot of sugar and very little protein. If you're trying to lose weight eating lots of fruit isn't the way to go, because they have a lot of sugar in them. I made the same mistake in the past exercising tons and drinking lots of smoothies, and then wondered why I didn't pack on much muscle. Don't get me wrong, smoothies are full of nutrition and they are good for you, but definitely don't have them for lunch everyday. A few times a week is fine.
Make sure you get tons of greens and meat in. Not oily, greasy stuff, but steamed and in soups.

Ok I'm not an expert or something, but that's a crap diet.
Try to add some fruits and veggies around at least, and change that cereal for oatmeal, raisins and nuts for example.

Krave cereal is that Chocolate cereal and is full of sugar. Not a good thing to eat. If you are not a big breakfast eater than try yogurt or something like that. Breakfast is actually suppose to be the most important meal of the day. Lunch would be fine with a Fruit Smoothie, but considering you only ate a sugary cereal for breakfast I think a lunch that has more substance like a Sandwich with let's say carrot sticks would be better. The dinner really sucks. The burger is O.K., but you really need to add a fruit and veggies to that meal.
