Maybe she has a fear of something happening while sleeping, you did say that you used a condom, so perhaps that fear is while sleeping naked, you may subconsciously have sex with her. Sleep sex. It might be she has had issues in the past with someone else who tried it. Maybe she just doesn't like the feel of a penis on her skin at night? Whatever the reason, talking logically, and finding out her reason will help you decide if it is something you can get used to (wearing underwear) or something solved maybe by having her put on panties?
