Hello everyone! I'm 16 years old and I want to go to the gym for the rest of my summer... my problem is that my weight is low... my weight is: 39kg or 83lb 12.41066oz (at least it was like that before 3 months, I don't know now) and my height is 160cm or 5ft 2.992126in... no I haven't got anorexia or something, I just don't eat legumes, bread with food, cheese, salad... and I eat slow!! Veryyyy slow... and I want to take up some weight so I thought that it will be a good idea to go to a gym and build muscles... maybe? I don't know what you say?

Well I've been going to the gym since I was 6 and now Im huge. IF WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT AND STILL STAY FIT YOU'D HAVE TO CONSUME 5,000 CALORIES A DAY AND WORKOUT 2 HOURS A DAY, IF YOUR NOT SKILLED WITH WORKING OUT DO 4000 CALORIES AND 1 HOUR OF HARD PUMPIN. I DID THAT AND BECAME THE HUGEST AND MOST BUFF KID IN MY HIGH SCHOOL.

The best bet to build muscle and bulk yourself up is to do a weight training workout with higher weights(the most you can tolerate without hurting yourself) and low repetitions. Also consuming at least 5,000 calories a day(still eat healthy and not junk food). One good tip about getting a lot of calories a day is eating smaller meals several times a day other than just eating 3 huge meals a day. Good Luck.
