So, if you're feeling tired, not sore, just tired, maybe from a little lack of sleep. Do you push on and workout anyway or rest for the day?

It is better to rest, your workout won't be much effective if you're not feeling 100% well and energetic, particularly if you haven't had a good night of sleep. Sleeping is extremely important if you're trying to bulk up because it is during the night that your muscles will develop.

I would probably do light exercises or not work out at all if I'm feeling very tired. It is better to not over-strain yourself seeing as you've got the whole day ahead.

I workout at night on weekdays, it's the only time I have for myself

I'd say if you haven't worked out yet, go workout you don't want laziness to prevail however if you already did it may be fatigue in which you should rest

Workout a bit and then rest.

I would probably rest for the day, depending on how tired I was.

You should take rest days once a week because you need to let your muscles recover anyway. But if you feel like you need more rest days go for it but don't let it become a habit. Wish you luck with your workout :)

I'd just rest

Rest. I take any excuse to skip my work out. It is healthier to rest if you're not 100% though.

I will always push myself to get to the gym and workout!
BUT, on most days i take a PWO drink. (pre workout drink) and it has some amounts of stimulus like caffiene in it so jazzes me up enough to push through!

I don't work out..I know my skinny body is getting a bit chubby now but I got to concentrate on my studies and a bit of rest will help me study better later....Besides my GF loves my "softer" body...

Generally, you're supposed to set up a schedule so you're exercise routine will be much more effective. This applies even more to strength/weight training. In order to build muscles, you have to "break them down" and wait for at least a day to work out again with some alteration to the routine (higher reps, etc). When you do this, stronger muscles will grow and that's how they get bigger.

Make a schedule and stick to it.
That said, I would always push through. Unless I'm physically hurt, I push through.

I play sports so I have to keep going. as Willo said above, unless you are injured to the point you are really hurting, I say push through. that being said, in your workout schedule, you do need to build some time in to rest and recover

i try to keep on working out... as the rest is a fat.. :) Moreover, you always have to overcome pain and fatigue...
