So Ive been having this for the past two months and Im just tired of it already. Usually when I wake up and I open up my left hand, my pinky finger has a slight delay or some sort of blockage that doesnt let it open up with my entire left hand at the same time. It usually has like a .5 second delay before it opens up with the rest of my fingers. Though I was used to this because it would happen and in the hour it would go away but now its been like this with this delay for over two months. It gets in the way and its just plain annoying. Doesnt hurt though. It only happens whnn I open my hand at a normal or slow speed. If i open it quickly its felt but it doesnt have a delay.
This goes on throughout the day but it goes down as the day goes by but its still felt and in the way.

The joint in my right pinky is blocked (with physical therapy I got it to the delay thing you are experiencing, though I've stopped going and it's reverted) due to it breaking and never healing properly, and from what I can tell, there's not much to do about it and it will be stuck like that forever. It's been almost a year now, so I've kind of learned to work around it.

Have you recently hurted your pinky finger or your hand before? I suggest you go see a doctor.

Best bet would be to talk with your GP about this.

do you by chance have diabetes or some other medical condition?
