"How did I get like this again' - That sentence, it shows you've been in a dark place before and gotten through it. Your strong enough to do the same again. What meds are you on? How long have you been on them? There could be a reason you feel like they're messing with you.
Stay strong and don't let your thoughts take over. They're thoughts - I know it's hard to ignore sometimes and all you can think about but make yourself take back control.
Do you have people close to you that you can talk to about these thoughts or if you start to feel like you can't keep yourself as safe as you'd like? Thats what friends, family, therapists etc are for. Use them, they'll appreciate it so much more than knowing your struggling through this on your own.
I hope you're okay, I see this post was maybe a week or so ago.
If venting or chatting will help, I'm here.
Amy.

Man u r too young for this ...TOO young ..you have ur whole life in front of u there are so many things to do. Don't go on pills until it's absolute necessary. There are a few pointers: (start slowly ..start with one or two ..)
-Rest well by that i mean proper 7-8 hrs of sleep and try to set a schedule for that ..also power naps
-Exercise don't over do, set 15-30 mins of your day time for this ..or like every alternate day and make it a habit ..dont go for body building or weight lifting stuff and don't over do it keep it mild ..try treadmill or so ..when u dont feel like it try substituting this time with other sport activity say basketball etc or cycling/swimming
-just like exercise set apart a few mins of your daily time to meditate or quieting your mind say 15 mins again don't overdo it or if you cant do it daily, set 2-3 days a week and make a habit of it
-Get into some club with a cause say a club that volunteers or any club check out what you like or would like ..it can be a sports club , music club reading club any club where you think you cud find people who have likes/minds like you
-Get busy .. as in like a job in an organization ...or i would suggest some mental stimulation ...perhaps say through your daily homework or so or anything where you could learn a new skill say music , math, anything you think you like
-Watch your stomach..eat well ..small meals if you like dont overeat keep your belly light but don't starve yourself ..you 'll be astounded how active you can be if your gut is light ..but again sleep beats it all ..sleep well..
-Do one experiment: keep a check on your moods against how well you slept last night ..may be its just the sleep ..many times when we don't sleep well our mind wanders so do this check on yourself
-Stop worrying about what will happen in the future and let go of the past ...
Lastly a piece of advise that don't rush into all of the above all at the same time u might give up on all very soon ..so start with one or two and make them a part of ur routine slowly n gradually try others..and pls stay away from pills ...i hope u recover quick .. hopefully, these home remedies for depression (http://olwomen.com/home-remedies-for-depression/) will be helpful for you.
