will ww3 have taken place: It's already begun technically, but it's probably closer to the cold war in nature, but it is happening
will et life have been found: I would say a 1/1,000,000 chance or something around that, but it is possible, it depends on if we're lucky to have aimed our sights in the right direction
will we have colonized mars: No, it's almost impossible to have done it by 2050. Considering that we've only barely made it to the moon, and only America has done it, it will probably be closer to 2100-2200 that we'll send men to mars, and probably about 2250+ that we'll actually colonize it, but it will only be due to us running out of resources by then
will we have eternal life (i.e. robot bodies): No, it is impossible. Any human part of us that remains will decay, and unless we can find a way to prevent this it is impossible. Robot bodies won't do anything

will the world be better or worse: Much better. By 2050, our solar and wind farming efficiency should hopefully exceed that of Nuclear Power, and we'll be able to switch from that over to sustainable energy. If not, that will surely happen by 2100. On top of that, hopefully we will have trained the poorer countries to take care of themselves; farming, education, etc. This way everybody will be supporting themselves. Our old governments will be replaced with our generation, who have mocked the politicians of our day and will hopefully learn from it. Finally, technology in all aspects will have advanced so far that quality of life should begin to climb exponentially.
