I have never heard of either masturbating or porn watching lowering your IQ. Of course, you may be doing that instead of reading/watching/listening to something interesting that would have educated you but you could say the same of playing sport. Life is a balance.

The other thing about watching porn is you can get some unrealistic views from it. Girls don't all have huge breasts, they don't all scream like a banshee at orgasm and they don't all like cum on their faces. I saw porn for the first time at the age of 8 when I was watching TV with my other older friend and from that day I knew it is going to ruin my life because of societies attitude towards it.
