My best friend just started dating this guy and lately I have been feeling really jealous. I've had feelings for her for a while and never told her because she was into one of my other friends. I told her not to date him and she thinks that I'm mad now that they are dating. Do you think she gets the hint I like her. Should I tell her?

How well do you know her? How much of a best friend is she?
If she is your best friend, i'd say you keep in touch with her as always, as a friend.
Don't let this ruin your friendship, don't stop talking to your best friend.
But if your feelings towards her are high, then why not risk it and tell her? If she says no, you can move on and continue as friends(depending on the circumstance). But it's still risky. You decide if you want to take the risk. Me personally would bet on a best friend than a relationship.

One time, at band camp I got a free pass to use all the instruments by saying that I like playing each one of them. I had my hands full with so many instruments, bro. I felt like a tool.
