One point for evolutionists.

Snakes creep me out so much and I don't know whether they would've been worse with legs or not. :P

I'm deathly afraid of snakes.

This is pretty cool. But an anti evolutionist would point this out:
According to researchers, the legs have very well-defined fingers and claws, which would have made them good for digging and grasping prey. These were not simply vestigial features for T. amplectus.

This kind of takes the teeth out of the whole thing.

Btw, don't get me wrong, I'm just playing devil's advocate.

This is interesting. Kinda weird, but it's cool. I could care less though. It's just an animal

Really cool thing to discover, even though I don't like snakes. Finding links in evolution is really interesting.

Although, to be honest - with the picture of the fossil, and the description "snake with legs" - I immediately thought of this guy right here. (http://disney.wikia.com/wiki/Randall_Boggs)

That's a mighty long snake. I can think of a few good uses for a snake that size.
Kudos to science.

I dont get it? How is that 113 million years old when the biggest snakes are like 60 million? Wouldnt it take like 200 to evolve away legs?

This is not anything surprising for biology students. It is an established fact that first, legged Reptiles were evolved from Amphibians and then ancestors of snakes which had the Homologous bones of the same legged Reptiles evolved from them. However the bones were lesser revealing than other reptiles.

"You hear that? It's the winds of change." :P

The legged snake is pretty legit, although not shocking, as this was something scientists had been aware of for some time.
