She's 8 years old... she can't even comprehend what love is and has probably never thought about anybody seriously in that kind of way. You may feel strongly now, but I urge you to put your feelings aside and take a look at the big picture here -- you're claiming to be in love with a blood relative who is literally a child. I'm sorry if that sounds harsh, but I think getting over this is in your best interest.

I don't know what your customs allow but even if it's okay to marry within blood relations, i think it's quite early to profess your love. Your cousin is only 8, she wouldn't understand the meaning of the term let alone what all it entails. You should definitely wait until you both are mature enough. Marriage is a great responsibility really.

1) shes 8 and you are 13, its way too early for you to talk to her about such things as love and its meaning.

Well that's your call but i don't think it's a good idea really. When an eight-year olds say she loves someone, it doesn't usually mean she wants to spend the rest of her live with that person. She's just eight man, she doesn't even understand puberty or sex or relationships.

Well I don't think it's wrong, but as stated before, should just be put until later when both of you are older, plus I myself like a couple of my cousins, one being 6 months older and one being like 4 years younger
