I have a partial cut (basically I was cut at birth but have a great deal of foreskin remnant that covers the head when soft and can be pulled to cover 3/4 of the head when hard). So when I masturbate, the foreskin remnant never falls below the corona - covering between 1/5 and 3/4 of the head at all times.
