to start off this is not to offend anyone, a lot of guys (including myself) r worried about our penis size, so as i cant get a job, i spent my day compiling this info.... not from here because guys cant properly use a ruler.., if u calculate it the average size for the teens of vtf clocking in at 7.2 inches... -_-

actually no, average for the world is 5.2 and average for america is 5.6

for 15 id say prob 3 inches flaccid and 4.4 ish for girth

Hmm,I'm above average there too,3.5 inches long flaccid and a 7 inch girth for when I'm hard,yes I measured correctly with a soft measuring tape for girth and a ruler for length.

then ur way above for girth, average adult girth is about 5 inches

Yeah,there's not many 13 year olds with 8 inch long penises.Now maybe 16 or 17 yeah but not a 13 year old.I happen to know quite a few guys right around that size range of average.

i would be considered large, for length. def small for girth. have one friend over 6" erect and one friend just 4" erect and 2 other friends around 5", we're all 15 so it shows a penis can be any length for an age group as OP has shown.

i think for 14 yr olds an avg girth is 1-2". What is yours?

I'm 13 and I'm 4.25" hard. So, according to your scale I would be average. But I have a friend who is 12 and his penis hard is little over 5". He started his puberty when he was 10 or so and already growing his hairs on his penis and chest. I think that everyone is different on how they develop during puberty.
