It's a guessing game. We're all still growing and all at different rates. You seem to be on track though

Just a guess but I think I grew about 1 maybe 1.25" since I was that age (more than likely done growing now) but I known some people who grew closer to 2" from that age, and some who grew not much at all. So I would guess you'll get to at least 6" but it is impossible to guess accurately.

Speaking of personnal experience just because I was about the same at your age I'm 16 right now, 5.5" soft 7" hard. You've said it yourself, it's hard to tell but even if your penis doesn't grow much you're close to the average for an adult.

It depends on how puberty will work for you. If I could see in the future I would tell you but I don't think no one on here can say for sure how big you'll get.
