Small penis, which hasn't grown at all since 13 :(

I have a 4.5 inch erect penis and 2 inch flaccid, which hasn't grown since 13-14 ish. I'm asian, so yeah, go figure...

I'm 5'11 and 87-89kg at 16 years old (17 in November), and I'm large framed for my height. I have only grown one inch in height in the past year and a half, and I'm getting less acne than before.

I feel puberty is finished, and while it may go on until 20, it is very unlikely that I will grow anymore in height, as well as in penis length.

I've been relatively happy with my appearance, even though I'm a little overweight, and my face isn't the most attractive, I've had my fair share and I'm pretty happy with my body overall. However, I'm just a little depressed of my penis size, as I have had a few relationships over the years, but have died down because I never really took it too far out of fear that I will have difficulties in satisfying her.

You really shouldn't ever worry about the size of your penis and your ability to satisfy a partner. I'm not very big either and the partners that I have been with have never complained or refused sex because of my size. And since I'm bi, I can tell you that penis size doesn't matter to me. What matters is who it's attached to. People develop feelings for a partner well before they seen them naked (at least most times). If they grow attached to you, size just won't matter.

I wouldn't worry too much about your size. 4.5 is *just* under average, and at 16, you do still have time to grow, despite your perception of puberty being finished for you. Don't worry about being able to satisfy your partner, your penis is a decent length and with some practice, you should be able to preform same as anyone else.

honestly it depends on how u use it, theres a guy at school who is a complete stud and has banged prob 20% of the girls in my grade, come to find out hes no more than 5.5 when i saw his junk in the shower your fine man, youll prob hit 5 and thats just fine :)

edit: when it comes to relationships, it is all about how you use it. it does not matter how big you are, but if you know how to satisfy her correctly (though I guess technically sometimes size can be an issue, but not generally when it comes being able to satisfy someone)
