Hi, i think that I fell into paranoia. Basically i can`t masturbate because i`m scared that i will left some sperm somewhere. But i have to do it some way but now it isnt pleasure for me anymore. After ejaculation i panic and go for a shower but i m scare that for example sperm form my boxers will stay on the floor and i will "lift it". If i dont have shower i cant normally piss ( like put out and do my thing :D) So can you help me? How are you cleaning off after masturbation? It is enough to clean off sperm with tissue and wash hands(to dont have any doubts that i will lift or lefst some sperm somewhere)?

If you are worried about leaving a mess just jerk off in the toilet. Personally I just get naked lay back and let go. Then clean up by wiping up.

My advice is do what feel right to you. Ejaculation is nothing to be scared of because it is a natural thing to do and all guys do it :)

No, like i am cleaning off with tissue, you know some sperm could get on boxers. And i am asking is there any risk that i can get sperm on my hand for example when i will pee and i wont clean my hands if i dont clean penis good :)

No I don't think you will have any problems. Sperm pretty much dies when out of the body. As for washing your hands. You should, mainly for good hygene. Especially when you pee
