I think I have a question, for I stopped masturbation not so long ago maybe 3 or 2 weeks ago, yesterday my thing started twitching, buzzing irritation, moving by itself, like theres a vibration inside but today I did masturbation 3 times only to notice that I have some few grey or white coloured hairs on my head
What's happening to me

Not quite sure what you mean by the hairs on your head. If your that concerned about your junk, I'd suggest go see your doctor.
