For a couple of weeks now when i eat , the main meals, i feel sick afterwards. I am particulary bad when I go to Macdonalds ( i dont go often btw) i always feel so bad afterwards. Yeaterday, i was having my dinner and i couldnt eat anymore as i just feel sick therefore this stops me eating and i could be hungry but it prevents me. Additionally, when eating i get really put off easily i hate the sound of people eating, especially if they are eating with their mouths full but it could be something like a crunch which just puts me off. Anyone have any advice at all, thanks?

It depends if you are having emotional problems around food as well.
If you are then sickness can be caused by anxiety around food often a sympton of eating disorders.
If not then praphaps you are having a physical reaction to the food.
Either way, you should see a doctor if it gets any worse or if it prevents you from eating enough.

I have been in this situation before and it sucks. When ever i eat something i would always throw it back up. The thought, smell or sight of food would make me really nauseous and i would always felt like throwing up. Mine lasted for about a month, so during the month i would get full by drinking water all day.

Sounds like it could be a stomach acid issue maybe? Seeing a doctor would be good idea, in the mean time go into meals with really small portions and take small bites, might be easier for your stomach.

Have you vomited yet? Is your (presumed) nausea combined with gas/bloating? Do you get heartburn, burning sensation in your throat, acid reflux, or a general sour feeling in your stomach?

If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, you might want to schedule an appointment with your doctor. You could have chronic indigestion or some other issue pertaining to stomach acid. You could try over the counter omeprazole tablets for acid reduction, once a day for 14 days. They helped me for a while. In addition, try just eating "gentler" meals for a week (aka don't even step foot in a McDonalds, lol), and see how your stomach responds.

You could be allergic to something in the food. I know I get nauseous when I eat McDonald's but that's cause it's complete crap food. Definitely try and drink more water, even if you aren't thirsty. You could be dehydrated, or something of the sort. Go to the doctor if it doesn't go away soon.
