So I've been having some knee problems when I run. I started using KT tape about a month ago and it helped my left knee but now my right knee hurts a lot. I've iced it and taped it up. is there anything else that I can do? I want to make sure that I'm fine for cross country season

I just recovered from this this past week. My coach told me to ice it periodically and rest. And she always checks up on me says that even though it's better, she still wants me to keep icing it just in case because my body is still adjusting to the tougher running we're doing. So I suggest the same. The more you put weight on it while it's hurting, the longer, and I think worse, it will become. So ice, rest, and stretch. I wish you a speedy recovery!

took your advice and now it feels much better. I haven't run since, but hopefully it will be fine when I do! thanks YouTube :)
