my dick is 5 inches but i think my foreskin is short

when i get hard the skin comes back and the head pokes out and sometimes rubs on my boxers which sucks cuz its so sensitive

my friends dick looks the same size but his foreskin covers everything when hes hard

what can i do?

That's perfectly normal, when it's soft does it cover the whole head ?

Yeah it's normal. When I get hard my skin goes all the way back past the head

Your foreskin is supposed to retract when you get aroused. You may have less foreskin than your friend but it doesn't make a difference. Totally normal.

I always read that your foreskin goes back, mine goes back but not showing the bellend still, I've always thought my foreskin is just really long x

no i think that's normal.... well I don't think there is a NORMAL size for foreskin, some people have loads that always covers the head, some people have it that its always pulled back

It sounds like normal length, I mean I'm uncut and usually the same happens to me when I'm hard. I wouldn't worry unless your foreskin feels tight constantly when soft, then I would get it checked out.
