In looks, I am androgynous. I am a biological girl. I am heterosexual.

My question TO MEN/BOYS is... Are you attracted to androgynous girls?
Girls are also welcome to comment though.

Here is some info about me:

I know that lots of different people would define androgyny in different ways but the way I define it (I think this is correct) as gender neutral or "somewhere in the middle" in the way I dress and look.

I would say that I'm not ugly and I have an ok body as in quite athletic and a little boyish but not flat chested.

I wouldnt define my personality as masculine or feminine but I am sensitive and I'm highly competitive.
I prefer to be called she/her when you know me but I really don't actually mind if when you first meet me you think I'm a guy. (In fact I quite like it). - also could someone tell me if that is normal!

Thanks!

Of course that's normal. I'd class you under the non-binary umbrella in regards to gender identity and that includes androgyne, agender, genderfluid, etc. people. You might have to research gender identity terms more to establish which term best describes you, not that you need to label yourself but sometimes it's nice to have something, kind of gives you some closure and stability.

Everyone preferences of who they find attractive is different. I know that's not what you want to hear but its true and you can't really ask random people online of their preferences, what is that to you? You just need to be confident with who you are, be happy and true to yourself. Knowing or not knowing some random persons preferences on what they find attractive in a person shouldn't cause you to change a single thing about yourself.

Thanks for the reply, yes I have been doing lots of research and trying to understand myself and I think I'm getting somewhere but it's confusing! Anyway, thank you

Sure, I personally wouldn't have any problem at all with that, and I wouldn't rule out having a girlfriend that was androgynous.

But yes SameOldWar makes a good point, you seem comfortable with yourself, and some random dude on the internet shouldn't change your feelings one way or another^^

You are also pretty young, you might become more feminine as the time passes ^^

But androgynous people can be quite attractive ^^

I'm a girl and I'm bisexual but currently I have a boyfriend and I (and other people) consider myself pretty androgynous and I also don't mind being called a boy either. my boyfriend thinks the way I look is really attractive and I've had many other people tell me that as well. I think you will do just fine so don't stress ! I'm glad there's more people similar to me

As cliché as it sounds, worry less about what others think and just enjoy being true to your identity.
It really depends on the boy, as there is no universal feature that all boys like. Some boys like it, some don't. If they don't, then oh well, if they do, great.
I personally quite like androgyny, but I know some people that don't. It depends.
Just keep being you.
Good luck.

I personally think that girls who are androgynous are really, really attractive. I am bisexual however, and therefore my perspective is cheated in a way.

I am a little weary when it comes to the topic, however if Ruby Rose is an example of an androgynous female, then I FIND THEM HIGHLY ATTRACTIVE. You have no idea I just find them extremely attractive. Sorry if I used androgynous incorrectly. Could you provide an example if Ruby Rose isn't? Thanks.

Yeah, Ruby Rose counts as expressing herself as androgynous. Androgyny is the combination of masculine and feminine characteristics. If you type the word into Google you'll find a lot of examples.

The girls I'm most attracted to are mostly androgynous and I'm not gay or bi. I just like it and think it's attractive.

Yeah, I would say she's androgynous, a good example! (Obviously not all as hot as her though)

I'm a bisexual boy and it really depends on the male's taste. Some men love it, but I prefer other types of girls. I don't want to offend you, but that's just me. Attractiveness is all relative. What one boy might find repulsive, another might absolutely love. You'll find people of both types.

Thanks for your honest opinion, it's good to know that not every girl has to be femme to be attractive!

Ruby Rose is freaking gorgeous. But she's a model lol so she should be! Buy ya I personally like girls with short hair and flat chested. Long hair and busty is fine too. What's sexy is a girl comfortable in her own skin.

Sure. I've definitely been attracted to androgynous girls in the past. But understand that it wasn't just the looks that I was attracted too. They were also very kind and interesting people. So really it's a combination of the looks and the personality.

However to answer your question, I think androgynous girls are definitely attractive, the boyish look is actually quite cute. Just my opinion though :)
