Okay so I am 15, and I am 5'4, I weigh close to 145 lbs and I am pretty skinny. I wear a size four in pants generally. I have a small stomach but bigger legs, for I have a bit of muscle.

But I feel like I want more (hince I said want, not need) I want to be stronger and weigh more. I want to look good in hoodies, joggers and Mossimo Supply Co. tees and I want them to be hugging my waist and fitting snug. I hate wearing a x-small shirt and it still being loose. I just don't like wearing loose clothing, especially out in public. I hate my ribs sticking out occasionally. I want to look and be healthy.

Since I am self-consious about playing sports, and low budget, I want to know a few ways that I can get in shape via home workout routines and affordable dieting. Does anybody have any workout routines or diets they do to keep in shape and looking healthy and nice?

Make your calories balance and add more calories than in this balance. At the beginning add 300-500 calories more than you eat now. You must do it gradually. Check how your body reacts, check your metabolism.

Weight gain might not be exactly what you're looking for because that could also mean gaining fat. The best exercice to stay in good shape is running but since you're looking for muscle mass you'd have to lift. I'd say simply go to a gym and lift, or have weights at home. Things like push ups and sit ups don't actualy help to build a lot of muscle so it comes down to weights.
