Its been awhile since I've been on nothing really has changed. Im just curious about my nipples. There like inflamed and puffy. I asked my Dr. she said they look normal.I feel so conscious about them i cover them with band aids at the beach or wear shirts. Could it be my body fat or my testosterone levels?

Is it puffy all the time? Could be hormones. Or you just have bigger nipples

You dont say how old you are, but I think a lot of guys get sensitive or puffy nipples for part of puberty. Mine were a bit swollen and really sensitive for a while, but then it just went away. No idea why, but it wasn't something to worry about, just part of puberty. And you don't have to cover them, I think really no one notices. You notice, because you are self-conscious about it, but nobody else notices. If you are really concerned, wear a looser t-shirt in a dark color. Or wear a vest under your shirt.

Yeah mine are puffy too, but it only really started when i hit puberty. Give it a few years hopefully they'll sort themselves out

I was really skinny to begin with but with puberty started to put on a bit...

It all settled in my lower body mainly in my butt and tummy but lateron my flat chest has started to get a bit filled out. I kind of like this cos it evens out with the little belly that has started forming and my tee-shirts hang on me better now.

At times, mine get puffy also. I think it's just hormones. One thing that has helps me get them to not be puffy is taking a cold shower or putting cold water on them. I'm not sure if that is a scientifically proven method of getting the puffiness down. Try it and see if it helps.

That's cool. I thought I was the only one using that method to help get rid of the puffiness. :P
