From my experience it is different. My ex girlfriend squirted only a few drops and it wasn't orgasm related. My current girlfriend squirts so it leaves a little puddle under her, almost every time she orgasms. And both of them required special technique to do it, but we obviously can't discuss them because of the forum rules :)
