OK so I could see a doctor but I have a lower back pain when I do any bending and or physical labour (For Work). The pain is not an ache but a sharp pain originating from the bottom of the back and sends the pain upwards.

Also one other problem I'm having is I'm seeing things differently from what they are. Like for example, I was on the train and I saw a station TWICE. Is that weird? I also see bubbles.

Thoughts?

Go to a doctor, please. Something could be affecting your spinal cord and sending mixed signals from your brain throughout your body.

Quite. I would say the pain could be just a pinched nerve, or a severe pulled muscle. The seeing things part... Doesn't seem at all related with the back pain, but it might be and that by itself would be enough for me to go see a doctor.
