I've been doing it for nearly half a decade now., nearly everyday possibly mostly twice a day everyday and i've had no problems what so ever. it is completely safe. Just dont become to addictive to it so you dont go out with friends/ miss social occasions.Make sure you still get everything done. The just jack off you dont need to woryy about it what so ever. Some people do it once a mounth, once a day, everyday, twice a day or even 4-5 times a day. It just depends on who you are; as long as it doesn't take over your life you will be fine and it is completely safe. :D

As regards attitudes to masturbation specifically the demographic you tend to find here is people who have a more modern, open-minded and, to my mind healther attutide to masturbation in that they ackowledge it as a normal and fun thing to do.

Body odah Man doesn't share that point of view and he is entitled to his opinion but I am going to suggest it is the majority who embrace masturbation who are the enlightened ones.

From a health point of view there is no doubt. No adverse health affects have been found and a study found that regular ejaculation at a frequency of at least three times a week as a teen/young man helped reduce the chances of prostate cancer later in life. That regular ejaculation would not necessarily have to come from masturbation but few teens, especially younger ones, have the opportunity for sex three times a week and wet dreams tend not to happen at that frequency. The UK NHS even promotes masturbation.

As for it being satanic a lot of nonsense has been talked about satan and very little of it is supported by the bible or any other mainstream religious texts. There is also very little that deals with masturbation in the bible. The well known passage about onan is actually about coitus interuptus, i.e. pulling out during sex to avoid impregnating his dead brother's wife. There are some passages that deal with lusty after women with some suggesting that this is a sin if the woman is married and others going further to suggest it is a sin even if the woman is single and not your wife. Some people consider porn to be a sin because of this connection.

I have heard a lot of similar stories. Humans need to wise up and rise their children how to think for themselves, on the other hand it's nearly impossible cause humans are herd animals.
