Hello everyone! I'm 16 years old...my height is: 5ft 2.992126in and my weight is: 83lb 12.41066oz (I know that it's very little but it's not our point right now. Tomorrow, I'll go to do a blood test in the hospital. If the results are not good can they tell me to stay at hospital? And can I say no?

Unless something is fatally wrong in the blood report that requires immediate attention, I don't think you could be asked to stay at hospital. I can't be sure about the procedure in Greece but your parents will definitely be consulted before you're admitted and if it's as severe that you do get admitted, why wouldn't you want to be treated?

If your blood shows something that says you should stay in the hospital, you probably should.

I am guessing the only reason they would ask you to is if the results showed, as some mentioned, something was terribly serious. can you say no? at 16 I think your options maybe more limited but I am not exactly sure

I know this isn't relevant any more but blood test results take a few days to come back if they are non urgent. I've had about 20 in the last year and they each took about 3 days for results.
Btw, how did you get on?

You can discharge yourself from hospital, although I'm not sure if you have to be 16 to do this. If you're classed as a minor then your parents have the overall say, however if you where seriously ill (I'd imagine you'd need further tests to determine this), then doctors could call social services if they believed your parents made a decision not in your best interest, and it would then be a social workers decision.
Unless of course your low weight is due to an eating disorder and the bloods show severe issues and they decide to section you, in which case you have no choice, but this is only used for mental health disorders.

Thank all of you! Well, the results were out in one day and they were excellent as the doctors said. I told her and about my weight and she told me that it's may because I'm 16 and I'm anxious and I walk a lot... and she told me that when I'll be in her age, I'll be grateful for my good metabolism system

For future reference, they'd probably just discharge you under the belief that you understand you're leaving against medical advice (presuming the doctors tell you to stay).
