I've never done it but when I do,I will do this.
Just bring up the topic of sexuality casually and see how they react. If they seem homophobic, run. Otherwise, keep hinting and getting to know them.

It's going to be hard to just ask some random guy for action. Also, I note that you're most likely underage and sexual activity for you may be illegal. Take this into consideration.
