The person you were intimate with who laughed in your face is a total jerk, and I definitely would not be going out with them again. If a person can't accept you for who you are, then you shouldn't sacrifice your dignity to be with them.

Puberty is really weird, and there are kids who are your age who have nothing while there are others who are going into high school who are already in their adult bodies. I have seen guys exactly like you going into high school, but usually by sophomore year they start puberty and pretty much catch up with everyone by junior year. You are not unusual, and you are a lot more normal than you think despite the jerk who made fun of you.

I would say stay away from drugs, alcohol, and tobacco which are things that can mess up puberty. Try to eat healthy by drinking milk (unless you are allergic to it), staying away from too much junk food, and staying active.

If this means anything, dry cums are something you are definitely going to miss once you start ejaculating because at least now you don't have to worry about clean up!

I don't think you can do any better than following the advice above. The good news is the pubic hair means you have started puberty. That means it is just happenning later for you than for some others. It also means medical intervention is not required.

Some of us start later than others, not to worry. I started late, but when it hit, it was like the AVE smashed into me at full speed. It'll happen. Just wait, but be prepared for lots to happen at once.
