Since this is an educational problem, I'd suggest having a word with one of your teachers. I don't think you necessarily need to go to a councillor or anything but just say that you're feeling really under pressure and need some help with the work load or something. If it comes to it maybe you could have a few days off school? I don't know how your parents would feel about that but having too much stress can multiple problems and end up crippling you mentally, so it's better to sort the problem out sooner rather than later.

Gerald1700,

It's never bad to ask for help. You could get extra tutoring or meet up with teachers outside of the class room to tutor you and help your education improve, but that's only on the educational side of things.

On the side of your life and mental stability, it's very important that you sort that out first. If that involves fixing your education, then by all means do that as well. My suggestion is to try not to worry too much about education for a while. Do things you enjoy. Help others and be kind. Also, realize that being kind and helping others is a wonderful reason to live. Life isn't just about studying and fitting into an educational system. Live for you, not the system.
