Ok well first off it took me like 5 minutes to remember what i was gonna write as a title ^ Well basically when i was 10 my mom got me a dog. All the time before that i could remember things PERFECTLY. I swear i had perfect memory. The day i got home from school my mom told me she got me a dog because i always wanted one. After getting him i realized that i couldn't remember anything very well without thinking for a long time. Like right now (prob some for everyone) to me school is just some random blur that i happen to have in my mind. I can't remember what i did on friday, saturday, and sunday and pretty much all the other days of they years past the time i got my first dog (which ran away when it was raining :(:()
Any comments on why this is or has happened?

Is it at all possible that you are allergic to dogs? Because allergies can do some pretty weird things, like when my brother eats something he's allergic to he gets depressed, so maybe you could ask your doctor about it next time you see him?
And just so you know, this should go in the VT general hospital, because it isn't exactly a crisis and is more of a medical thing.

Have you talked to someone about this? I mean a professional.
If you're worried that something is really wrong then I think you should go and talk to someone.
Im not entirely sure what you're saying, but even so, this sounds like something a specialist could help with.

Hmmm.. I have the same problem. Its not caused by my dog though.. But I can't remember things as well I used to. My memory seems like shit now. I have trouble studying and everything. But apparently I only remember random things. I always forget the important things. Nowadays I have to write things down. I have no clue what causes this George, but I have a feeling that you probably did suffer something like I did, but I doubt it was caused by the dog. It was probably coincidental... :/
