Puffy nipples?

I'm a 15 year old guy and I have had puffy nipples for a while now, going back to about 7th grade. I'm wondering if any guys have had this problem, but also if girls have had to.

I don't have puffy nipples, I don't think it's very rare, but I don't know.

I had a phase of that around 12-13 but not anymore are they puffy.

I had totally flat nipples but they've got perky now because I got a bit filled out recently.

It normal it's actually puberty. It's your body toning up :)

It's probably fine, if you're worried about it, see a doctor
