Hey, so when im out on walks, either with my dog or just by myself, i always walk down lanes in the country. I just wondered whether its illegal to pee in a bush as i often get caught short.
Thank you

I live out in the country as long as someone doesnt see i think that it is fine it is only really in public open places as longa s you go behind a tree for example i dont think it would matter, but it isnt a thing that you should become adapt to, or do it all the time though

in the country it is not as big of a deal, but I guess you could be charged. I would still try to go off to the side where no one is going to see you, even in the country. just don't do it at all in the city though

Think it depends where you live
The state I live in its a criminal offense and could be forced to register as a sex offender
Next state over there is no law against public nudity
In Europe im sure it's pretty relaxed
But if in the country, probably not an issue gettin caught

Many cities have laws against public urination, so legally it would not be okay to do that.

But I understand, I guess if you really have to go, try to do in an area where nobody would see you. Not that many people go out through the country so you should be okay.

Whether it is illegal probably depends on where you live - laws differ from one country to another and in the USA often from one state to another.

Whether you'd get into trouble is another matter. If you're not caught on CCTV, which is unlikely out in the countryside, as long as no-one complains to the police you will be fine. Where I live country folk are less likely to complain about that sort of thing than town folk. You can also minimise the chance of someone complaining by being discrete, i.e. choose somewhere that is not in view of the main road or path.

It is technically but no one is going to enforce it. Ive been caught from the front by strangers before, i think id rather be arrested than deal with that again

It depends where you are, in Yorkshire it is technically but the police will probably just say to stop as they have sympathy :P I you see anyone though it's usually a good idea to leg it ;)

Well, pee in the bush is people normal for the guys. The crop wont give a damn unless you pee in front of everyone. Find a discreet corner and pee. You shouldnt have any problem. I have done it many time but only if I cant find a washroom.

As some others have said, it's illegal, but it's barely enforced.

Technically, you're exposing yourself. But in the countryside where I live, everyone does it. I never even thought about the legality of it before.

As long as you make the effort not to be seen then I don't see it being an issue.

In Australia peeing in a public place such as a fountain or something immature is classed as an indecent act and is a punishable offence.

But if it is out the way such as a bush or on the side of the road then it is acceptable.

I would think if you was seen they would say something but I would also hold it and find a nice clean toilet x

I think as long as you are doing it pretty discreetly and not in an actual public place like a park or something then its fine

its probably illegal, but barely enforced so as long as you're discreet about it you shouldn't have a problem

Do they watch us from satellites to see whenever someone starts to pee in a forest or a field and later police arrests you as a sex offender?

Hahah!!! I'm sure it's coming lol
But seriously, in my state yiu could be arrested for taking a leak in a public place
In a neighboring state, they are known for their nudity, and they advertise that the law states it is illegal to disrobe in public, not to say you can not go into public nude, which nobody does, very often

But there are also several public places that people will go to hang out in the buff and sunbathe and swim in the river or laker what ever
And it's legal there
