I've been trying the last few weeks to loose weight. I've been eating two meals a day (one small and one larger) and having on average one, maybe two snacks a day.
Excercise is difficult for me because of a heart problem.
I've not lost any weight and I don't know what to do about it without cutting food intake even further which I'm not sure is a good idea :/ any ideas?

This probably sounds like a bad idea given the nature of this forum, but as long as you're not suffering from any current extreme-controlled eating behaviour at the moment, I'd recommend sticking to eating low to medium calorie meals and getting in 10,000 steps a day.
From my weight loss experience, the thing I've found best to do is ask yourself again if you really need that snack? If the answer is yes, consider whether you should eat your main meal and give yourself an appetite rather than temporarily satisfying a short craving with a snack.
Also, the weight loss will come but it won't be anytime soon, so don't give up hope! All I can say is that when it does hit you, you'll be in a state of shock, confusion and pride when you look in the mirror ^-^

Quality not quantity for you then. We all have different bodies, our bodies react differently to specific diets many yours should be healthier more nutritional food.

Low-intensity exercise like walking or yoga might help you out.
I always tell people that it is calories in vs. calories out; burn more than you consume and eat healthy foods and avoid soft drinks and fatty foods.
Maybe a visit to your GP might be worth it. They might be able to help you out or refer you to someone that can help you.
