There's supposed to be a switch somewhere in your account page, plus you have to allow spotify access to your last.fm

to synch on spotify you need to do some stuff in your spotify profile, it has options somewhere

I think last.fm is really interesting because it shows who I was obsessed with at certain times, for example I got 2000 replays of a song over the space of a few months because I used to just keep it on replay in my earphones xD
