As stated in the depression sticky. Here are some of the most common ones, and some descriptions that further describe the symptoms. If you are feeling depressed, lets talk about it. It's okay, you can discuss it here. Also, you can talk to a counselor at your school.

*Constant sadness, crying.
(Being upset frequently)
*Hopelessness
(Feeling alone. You can't relate to anyone, no one can relate to you)
*Loss of interest in activities
(Not playing sports, not going out with friends, not doing schoolwork)
*Low energy
(Sleeping for long periods of time. Always tired)
*Boredom
(Feeling bored, or not wanting to do things because they seem boring)
*Poor communication/Social Isolation
(Not talking to others. Not using the right words when talking with others)
*Low self esteem
(Blaming yourself for everything. Not loving yourself. Wishing you were attractive looking)
*Irritable/Angry
(Getting upset over things that do not go your way. Not wanting to do things you don't want to do.)
*Bad relationships
(Not talking to friends/family)
*Headaches/Stomach ache
(Feeling tired, head pains, loss of appetite, upset pains)
*Poor concentration
(Not paying attention to things. Not listening during conversations)
*Careless attitude
(Ditching school. Misbehaving, violent at school. Running away from home)
*Self Harm/Suicide - PLEASE TALK TO SOMEONE
(Harming or hurting yourself. Having suicidal thoughts)
Again, these are just some. There are many other symptoms of depression, and just because you have some of these, doesn't mean you have depression. You would have to talk to a professional, especially if you are having thoughts of harming or hurting yourself.
Hope this helps you. Take care. :)

Then you should reach out to a trusted responsible person who can help direct you to get help if in fact you are depressed
We can all have symptoms of depression, to. Aching degrees, does not mean that we are depressed
But, if you are feeling these or "most" of those symptoms, certianly can't hurt to talk to someone with knowledge experience and education to help you
Let us know how you make out ok?
Do you have some one you can talk to?

I'm currently doing a research project which involves looking at depressive symptoms, using the CES-D 20 scale (http://cesd-r.com/).
Have you spoken to anybody about this, such as your family or doctor?

If this is the case, then always know that there are ways to not let this get you down and get out of it. Some people just give up on life as soon as they realize they'll be depressed for the rest of it, but I think it's best if you don't let that person be you. Stand out and fight the depression. In the modern world, there are SO many ways to cope and people that would gladly help you to get through it. You could also dedicate lots of time to helping others get through it as that is very helpful too.

There are many reason of behind it,here are a few being discussed..
Feeling sad
Lonely
Lack of confidence
Tearfull feelings
Guilt ridden
Having no motivation or interest in things
Finding it difficult to make decisions
Hopeless and helpless feeling
When these feelings become overwhelming, involve physical symptoms, and last for long periods of time, they can keep you from leading a normal, active life. That's when it's time to seek medical help.
P.S..The one of the major cause of depressed is "Pride"
