Ok here it is;
I am 14 and in puberty for a year.
I get good grades and abide the law.
BUT!
My peers always make a excuse for if I do something wrong.
OH MARK IS GOING THROUGH PUBERTY!
Here is my problem.
Do you think useing the word Puberty should be used as a excuse for doing something wrong?

I guess I am a little confused as to what you want help with. you won't be able to stop them form saying what they want to say, even more clear if you asked them to stop and they are still doing it.
but puberty does make people do stuff they don't even realize...I guess I am confused what advice you need

Seth first thanks for reply.
I get mad if I do something wrong. I admit I did it but in my opinion it is not because of puberty. I just know. To me I think I have a Puberty Desease! That help?[emoji124]

oh, well I don't think it is a puberty disease. during puberty, the chemicals in your body causes us to do a lot of emotions. it is true, we can control what we do, but the changes during puberty can make it very hard.
now if you are doing bad things to do them, that could mean some other things are going on but it is not a puberty disease.
I guess I ask why do you do the things you do?

Nope, doesn't help. I am totally confused. Except I do know you get pist at yourself if you make a mistake. I think that's all of us... you just have to control your actions when you get mad. Other than that, not sure what you are after here.

I agree, I think it is puberty related although he may not fully realize it. but great point, we all make mistakes, we just have to learn to grow from them and become better people

Well, when people say you are going to puberty when you do something wrong. They don't mean it. Most time people say it just to make fun of you or mocking you. Don't take it serious. Puberty have nothing to do with stuff you do.

I think maybe they don't know what else to say and it's their way of making a joke about it.
Do they tease you about being in the shower too long, or a locked bathroom too long? That is the worst. Voice cracking is bad too.

Since I hit puberty my mood is changing quickly and sometimes I get annoyed although I didnīt mean it, and later I feel sorry about it. I think itīs the hormones. Nevertheless, my parents are very aware of me going through puberty, nevertheless they wonīt accept bad conduct, lack of respect, rude behavior, cussing, mouthing back, etc. Neither against themselves, nor against others. Maybe they warn me once more sometimes. If I neglect this warning Iīm in big trouble for sure and getting punished. In conclusion I wouldnīt say that puberty is some kind of "disease" and a free ticket for our actions. Even when life can be harder for us than before we hit puberty, we can still control ourselves and take over the responsibility for our actions. It took me time to understand this, and also some painful spanking sessions over dadīs knees.;)

It's not. Why you guys think this is wierd? It's just a stupid statement parents use sometimes. Not a YouTube thing.
Thanks
