Im from the north of england so i naturally swear a lot. What is the regulations on swearing and what level is considered too much. I dont really mean to but its an ingrained part of my english

You're good to swear, as long as the word isn't considered offensive (ie. Racial slurs, etc) and it's not directed at someone in particular, as per the rules
