I don't know what to do because I keep trying to get a job and then I realise that their uniforms aren't long-sleeved and I don't want to wear them. I literally cannot so I don't really know what to do.
Is there any suggestions? I cannot wear short sleeved uniforms...

If there is a reason you can't you can always tell them that you can't wear short sleeves and maybe they will let you put a long sleeve shirt under the uniform

That's the thing, I would just say the reason but I don't feel comfortable discussing it and I know that it would be inquired and all this shit and I wouldn't cope and I'd just want to curl into a ball and die and I don't think I'm cut out for real life

It is not important that you have a job, as long or short sleeves?

But isn't it worth at least asking if you can wear a long-sleeve T-shirt under it? Just a simple question, and don't give any explanations, just ask. If they say no, then its not for you. If they say, "why not, its cool" then you've won.
We all have stuff we dont want to talk about in forum. Or anywhere else really. It's a yes-or-no question, but if people start asking questions and insist on knowing why, just say "this probably isnt the job for me" and leave.

Swell advice but it's not really that simple for me. I'm such an idiot when it comes to social interaction in the real world. It takes me hours to work up the courage to ask a simple question to my own mother, let alone awkwardly leave an establishment with people I've never met before. I hope this doesn't sound like me being ungrateful or whatever, I'm just trying to explain my situation. I realise I should probably sort out my anxiety problems before even thinking about doing anything really but it's hard when you're pretty much forced into the real world after school with no training or anything.

When you are successful with getting a job, perhaps you could email your manager (or who is in charge of you) and ask them there? That's something which I found had worked for me.

you have two options my friend, you can ask or get another job. I hate to say it but you really do not have too many other options. I guess the third is just wear the short sleeve, but it doesnt sound like an option for you. sorry my friend wish I could be more helpful but there is only so much you can do

You could always wear a long sleeve shirt under the short sleeve if the employer allows.
Either that, or you suck it up and wear a horrid uniform like most of us in the work force.
