Just asking... How do you get your rep power up? i have got 1 rep point and i dont even know how i got it..

can someone please explaiun it to me..
and is there anyway i can see the post count thing so i know when im not going to be a new person no more..

You gain Rep Points from other members. When you post something that is really helpful/considerate/nice on the forums, a member may want to add to your Rep Points because they thought it was a good post.
But beware, if people thought you were rude or inconsiderate, they may want to subtract from you O.o

That guide above pretty much covers it all. All you have to do is make positive, polite, and knowledgeable posts and actions on the forums and if a member thinks it is 'rep worthy' then they will just add rep to you. If you made a negative post or action then they will and they feel it is negative to a certain extent then they will just take some away. Pretty simple system. Think of it as your random acts of kindness game from 1st Grade or something :P

Also for every 50 rep points your rep power goes up 1 and for every 1,000 posts your rep power increases by 1, in addition to join date and everything else that's been said.

We don't need to lock threads when there isn't any reason to do it. Don't create a problem when one is non-existent.
